ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Q2 Certification Program consists of five comprehensive programs that bolster your technical or business acumen and support your ability to address key focus areas across your organization. Upon receiving a certification, you will become your institution’s leader in driving strategic business initiatives and will be formally recognized as the resident expert of your given specialty.

Badges
As you work towards your certification, you’ll earn incremental badges of achievement. When you complete a full track or individual course, you’ll receive the official certification badge that signifies the highest level of expertise. All badges can be displayed on your LinkedIn profile for added credibility in the financial services market.
FORMAT
- Full Tracks: A track contains corresponding classes or sub-tracks that require completion to receive certification. The classes are designed to be taken in succession.
- Sub-Tracks: A sub-track is a grouping of classes centered around one specialty that when completed, rewards participants with a corresponding badge.
- Course: An individual product course that includes 1-4 classes specific to that product that will require completion in order to achieve full certification.

Operator Certification
Increase your troubleshooting acumen to solve issues using Q2’s platform and products while advancing your institution’s self-service capabilities.
Strategist Certification
Maximize the impact of your existing Q2 solutions and gain foundational knowledge on developing, implementing, and measuring your digital banking strategy.
Developer Certification
Learn how to code in the Q2 SDK and become well-versed in the extensions and business models available within Q2 Innovation Studio.
Commercial Certification
Obtain working knowledge on marketing to, onboarding, and supporting SMB and Commercial customers with a focus on corresponding feature sets within the Q2 platform.
Consumer Certification
Gain a deeper understanding of customer behavior, account use trends, the integrated use of Q2 products, and how to design customer journeys that drive more meaningful consumer engagement.
